How do I add a new question?


To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.




Why do I need to book with my card details?


This enables us to provide an even better solution to contactless card sales; "cardless" transactions.

It also helps us as a business eliminate the risk of people booking and not turning up.




Am I charged straight away?


No; Your card details are stored securely and charged once your appointment is complete.

You can also add products, other services, and tips instore and have it charged to the card you have on your account.




Will I be charged if I miss my appointment?


We understand that some things in life are unpredictable and ask that you contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to attend your appointment on time.

We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments where insufficient notice is given.

- 'no-shows' have cost our business over £2000 in lost revenue last year.




What if I want to add a tip, or buy products in store?


As you are not charged until we check out your appointment on our tills; tips and products can be added and appointments altered instore. Think of it as the same as many popular shopping websites that store your card details to make checking out a lot quicker and easier.




What if I want to pay cash or with a different card?


Thats all ok with us.
Still book and add a payment card to secure your booking;

We can accept your preferred payment method instore and the card used to secure your booking will not be charged.
